EkoSail is an online platform that lets you search, compare and book ferry tickets across a range of coastal routes and operators. This is a demonstration project and is intended for illustrative purposes.
To complete a booking with a saved history, you may create an account using your email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activity that occurs under your account.
You are responsible for ensuring that all passenger details — including full name, age, gender and government ID / passport number — are entered correctly at the time of booking. Ferry operators may deny boarding if the details on your e-ticket do not match your identification documents.
Fares, schedules and seat availability are subject to change without notice until a booking is confirmed and paid for. Once payment is completed, the fare shown at checkout is final for that booking.
Passengers are expected to follow the safety instructions and conduct guidelines of the ferry operator during boarding and the journey. EkoSail is not liable for the operational decisions of individual ferry operators.
EkoSail acts as a booking intermediary between you and the ferry operator. We are not liable for delays, cancellations or service issues caused by the operator, weather conditions, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
